Easy controls and simple to operate, the economical Distatic Si120Ax and Di120Ax solvent recycler.
Flammable or non flammable solvents, no problem.
The Distatic Si120Ax works with non flammable solvents and Di120Ax works with flammable solvents.
Both units have a load capacity of 120 litres and are available in 2 versions:
- Si120Ax – Air cooled with stainless steel condenser
- Di120Ax – Air cooled with stainless steel condenser. ATEX certified for flammable solvents
Our Distatic Standard models are available to specify in a series of load capacities including; 15, 30, 60, 120 and 160 litres.
Features
Easy to operate
Using the two controls on the front panel, simply set the time for distillation and the temperature depending on the solvent to be distilled.
Timer control
The timer control starts the machine and it switches off automatically at the end of the cycle.
LCD panel
The LCD panel also gives a text warning if a fault occurs and when a service is due.
Optional vacuum system
Can be used with optional vacuum system for high boiling point solvents or those that are temperature sensitive like chlorinated solvents.
Water cooled units
Available as a no cost option.
Uses disposable Recbags
Collect waste and avoid boiler cleaning.
ATEX certified
D type units are designed for flammable solvents.
