The Dynamic series has all the features of the Distatic Professional series but does not require bags. The rotating scraper system inside the boiler keeps surfaces free of hard deposits and does not require cleaning. It features a two stage distillation cycle so that residues can be dried. They can also be equipped with various options including automatic loading and unloading systems for greater automation.
A load capacity of 60 litres and available in 2 versions:
- SQ60Ax – Air cooled with stainless steel condenser
- DQ60Ax – Air cooled with stainless steel condenser. ATEX certified for flammable solvents
Our Professional Dynamic models are available to specify in a series of load capacities including; 30, 60 and 120 litres.
Features
Easy to operate
Simple controls for time and temperature selection. A separate control activates the internal boiler scraper.
Timer control
The timer control starts the machine and it switches off automatically at the end of the cycle.
Two stage distillation cycle
For drying residues.
Optional vacuum system
Can be used with optional vacuum system for high boiling point solvents or those that are temperature sensitive like chlorinated solvents.
Water cooled units
Available as a no cost option.

Programmable with memory
Programmable microprocessor control provides memorised time and temperature control for ease of use. The number of batches can be set for consecutive loading cycles to reduce process time and increase productivity. Once programmed, the operator only has to start the machine for perfect results every time.
