The Professional series features a two stage distillation cycle so that residues can be dried. They can also be equipped with various options including automatic loading and unloading systems for greater automation.
A load capacity of 120 litres and available in 2 versions:
- S120Ax – Air cooled with stainless steel condenser
- D120Ax – Air cooled with stainless steel condenser. ATEX certified for flammable solvents
Our Distatic Professional models are available to specify in a series of load capacities including; 60, 120, 160 and 230 litres.

Programmable microprocessor control provides memorised time and temperature control for ease of use. The number of batches can be set for consecutive loading cycles to reduce process time and increase productivity. Once programmed, the operator only has to start the machine for perfect results every time.
