Model 550
The Model 550 is a electric/pneumatic powered unit for washing parts with hot water and detergent. Washing is completed by a high pressure nozzle that is regulated at 35 bar and is adjustable.
The heating system is external to the tank, so there is no electrical heater to clean. A thermally insulated panel protects the operator from the hot tank. The control panel has a temperature gauge and timer for automatic shut-down.
The design of the tank bottom slopes to drain sludge and simplify cleaning operations. A front viewing glass panel and internal LED light allows you to clearly see and grasp the blowgun. An automatic glass cleaning system with compressed air cleans the glass panel. The glove access are easy to substitute and place in position.
The unit allows for double filtering of washing liquid. The lower front door completes the great design. The pump, manometer and pressure regulator are easy to reach.

Model 560
The Model 560 is a electric/pneumatic powered unit for washing parts with hot water and detergent. The system features a dual wash operation, so you can choose either to complete a high pressure through a nozzle, or a low pressure wash with a brush that is fed with liquid.
The heating system is external to the tank, so there is no electrical heater to clean. A thermally insulated panel protects the operator from the hot tank. The control panel has a temperature gauge and timer for automatic shut-down.
A vertical sliding door is used for loading and the design of the tank bottom slopes to drain sludge and simplify cleaning operations. A front viewing glass panel and internal LED light allows you to clearly see and grasp the blowgun. An automatic glass cleaning system with compressed air cleans the glass panel.
