The P11 is ideal for “disposable mixing system” users. It does not use much detergent. The spray gun washer is a compact and economic machine for water-based paints, designed to wash spray guns and small items.
It’s equipped with a pre-washing venturi pump and an nebulizer for the final washing with clean liquid. An air gun is provided for final drying. The small water spray gun washer is constructed in stainless steel for long life and is pneumatically operated.
Under the washing grid there is a filter that absorbs and partially purifies the dirty water. The filters are replaceable and can be reused after the water evaporates and the dry paint removed.
For improved cleaning results the unit can be used with our ‘Remover’ additive.
Our washing machines provide a complete work station for washing paint spray guns. Wash guns, tools and empty paint cans, you can also do colour tests with air hose provided and store pieces.
The work surface provides adequate room to perform various jobs easily and safely with air extraction. The units are simple to install and are provided with complete instructions. If you prefer, we can install and instruct operators on use and maintenance.
