The P30 spray gun washer is constructed in stainless steel and is pneumatically operated. This high quality machine gives great cleaning results and fits in small spaces.
The machine provides automatic and manual washing functions:
- Automatic washing: is the first step in washing spray guns and equipment. The diaphragm pump controlled by timer washes guns by directing pressurised spray inside and outside of the gun.
- Manual washing: is completed by a venturi pump with nebulizer feeding clean water. A blowing gun then dries and cleans the gun.
The water treatment kit consists of two tanks, a pre-filter and a main filter. A flocculent powder is added to the water and an air mixer in the unit creates flocks. These are released through the filter system separating the paint from water to allow its reuse.
For improved cleaning results the unit can be used with our ‘Remover’ additive.
Our washing machines provide a complete work station for washing paint spray guns. Wash guns, tools and empty paint cans, you can also do colour tests with air hose provided and store pieces.
The work surface provides adequate room to perform various jobs easily and safely. The units are simple to install and are provided with complete instructions. If you prefer, we can install and instruct operators on use and maintenance.
