The pneumatically operated LEW 25 and LEW 45 feature low emission technology. The system is the combination of 2 spray gun washers in one.

The solvent washer have a patented low emission technology and the water washer has a water treatment kit installed, both help to reduce waste and atmospheric pollution.  The washers work in tandem and are used to wash guns stained with water based and solvent based paint.

LEW 25:

For Water: Manual washing with water and detergent: Recirculation pump for water wash, clean water rinse spray and blow gun for drying.

For Solvent: Manual washing with solvent: Recirculation pump for solvent wash, clean solvent rinse injector and pump for clean solvent dispenser.

LEW 45:

For Water: Manual washing with water and detergent: Recirculation pump for water wash, clean water rinse spray and blow gun for drying.

For Solvent: Automatic washing with solvent: Recirculation pump for solvent wash, clean solvent rinse injector and pump for clean solvent dispenser.

Both models include a water treatment kit to separate the paint from water and allow its reuse.

Low emission solvent wash: Both models feature a patented system that provides low air circulation within the operating area, the spray gun washer retains most of the vapours, especially the most volatile (acetone, for example), which are also the most important for high quality cleaning. In this way, the retained vapours are not dispersed into the atmosphere but return, by means on condensation, into the re-circulating solvent drum. Therefore increasing the quantity, quality and clarity of the solvent for subsequent gun pre-washes (especially for automatic machines).

The machine can be used in different ways with consequent variations in solvent consumption and emissions. Whatever the use, it guarantees a minimum saving of 30% compared to traditional machines.
