Automatic washer with water treatment kit – ATEX certified II 2G.
The pneumatically operated G60 F is entirely made of stainless steel and provided with a vapour extraction. The system is the combination of 2 spray gun washers in one.
The washers work in tandem and are used to wash guns stained with water based and solvent based paint. Colour tests can also be performed on both washers.
Automatic washing with water and detergent: the washing cycle enables the diaphragm pump controlled by the timer which feeds a set of nozzles. Final washing with with clean water fed by a venturi pump.
Automatic washing with solvent: the diaphragm pump controlled by the timer feeding the washing machine is fitted with a set of nozzles for the pre-wash, while a second diaphragm pump enables the final rinse. The machine is also supplied with a venturi pump and a nebulizer for the manual wash and the final rinse with clean thinner.
The water treatment kit consists of two tanks, a pre-filter and a main filter. A flocculent powder is added to the water and an air mixer in the unit creates flocks. These are released through the filter system separating the paint from water to allow its reuse. Combi unit, automatic and manual wash of waterborne and solvent based paint.
Our washing machines provide a complete work station for washing paint spray guns. Wash guns, tools and empty paint cans, you can also do colour tests with air hose provided.
The work surface provides adequate room to perform various jobs easily and safely with air extraction. The units are simple to install and are provided with complete instructions. If you prefer, we can install and instruct operators on use and maintenance.
