After quotation and further discussions, our design and engineering department progress your order speedily and efficiently and ensure it meets with the design criteria.
Installation, commissioning and Staff Training.
Once built or the process has been determined, we will install and commission plant and/or chemicals ensuring we meet any deadlines. Your staff will be instructed in operating procedures to ensure all health and safety issues are addressed, that they fully understand how plant should work and how to carry out any tests to ensure continued quality. Support with training and any other issues will last as long as you own the plant or use the chemicals.
After Sales Support.
Service contracts are available to ensure equipment and/or chemical processes work to the optimum level...always. Service, technical bulletins and safety data sheets will be issued to ensure you are kept fully up to date with any changes in equipment, chemical developments or legislation etc. Your account manager will call you on a regular basis to ensure your continued satisfaction. Should you need them, parts and service items are available quickly. Payment accepted with most major credit cards.
